With over 20 years of experience across London, UK and Atlanta, GA, she brings a level of technique, precision, and hair knowledge that shapes the way our studio approaches loc care. Her eye for clean parts, strong foundations, healthy hair, and polished finishes has become the standard our team trains by.
Beyond the chair, Gemma leads the education behind Belavish, from stylist training to group loc classes, helping other professionals refine their technique and understand the deeper care behind the craft.

Tatyana powerhouse behind the Belavish brand experience.
With a background in business development and operations across multiple industries, she built the structure, systems, and brand direction that keep the studio moving with purpose. From the booking flow to the systems that hold the standard together, Tatyana created the foundation that makes the brand feel polished, personal, and unmistakably its own.
A New Yorker through and through, she brings high standards, honest opinions, and a culinary degree that mostly gets used to critique everybody else’s food.
